All our hospitality catering assistants hold current hygiene certificates and are trained to a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Multi-Skilled Hospitality Service.
We usually request 48 hours notice for standard bookings, however on specialist events we may require longer notice.

We have fully qualified trainers and assessors who offer training in basic food hygiene training either in house or at your location (minimum ten delegates).
